Work was good cause Nouvelle's around for this couple of weeks .

Day 5, 28 Sept .

Prepared and had the hotel's breakfast .

Out to Taipei Main Station to shop before we leave for the aiport at 3pm .

The service was really good , so we left the feedback :)

After the last minute shopping , headed back to XMD to have some food .

And Back to TaoYuan Airport !

Changi Airport much more nicer and class-ier ..

First stop of the day was Jiu Fen (old streets) .. Let the pictures tell you alright .

Walked and tried some of the food , and then it started to drizzle :(

Soon it was getting heavier :( So we couldnt finish it and we bused back to Taipei Main Station , cab back hotel to put all the heavy barangs and walked around XMD area .

Stay Real ! Ashin & No2good's shop . We bought quite a number of stuffs :) LOVE !

Xq was craving for AhZong mee sua again so we had it . hehehe . Walk walk walk .. And went back to hotel to pack our luggage as we're leaving the next day afternoon .

Day 3 , 26 Sept .

Had breakfast at a cafe below our hotel (its damn good) , before we left for Dan Shui .

Some streets with lotsa ppl and the famous sea . "Dan Shui Yu Ren Ma Tou" ~ Its at the far end of the train map . Like Expo to us .

As usual , every morning prepared must take photos .. Lol .

Upon reaching claryn and i bought a new cap , and xq bought shades for himself .

Everyday we sleep around 3plus and wake up at 8 plus .. Tiring but worth it for the time :)

And through out the days i'm back i'm listening to Mayday's songs everyday (otw to work , working , train back home) , even now i'm looking up in Youtube for their videos . Sick or what ??

These are the ones which i selected .. Too many already .
Day 2 , we headed to Long Shan Si to pray .

Its a famous temple .. Bought quite alot of "fu"s for my family .

Took train to Taipei Cityhall station to visit Taipei101 and the shopping centres .

Xin Guang San Yue is a famous dept store .. Like Takashimaya ??

Had lunch at the foodcourt . The "pager" you see is something which will beep and you can collect your food . Lol .

The utensils is f-ing cute . You can eat and drink the soup at the same time . Lol

We did not went up though . But below is like Paragon , with all the branded boutiques .

We carried our bags till we couldnt take it anymore . My poor Xq waited for so long .

He was so sweet just to carry and accompany me all the way . And because of our bug bulky bags , some of the shops were too small , we couldn't go in . Lol . He then carried and waited outside wherever shop we went .

Thank you love ! We did not complete the whole place , as it was too heavy and tired already .

But of course i did not let myself down before we cab back to hotel .

A portion of what we bought .. Some are for my girls . And the "fu"s from Long Shan temple . Ate some snacks from the night markets with his sis and mom and sleep .

I've got a fucking 500 photos overall . I just finished uploading those photos taken on the 1st day , and it took me 3 hours . So , i'll blog day by day ...

Currently listening to Mayday's DNA . After i watch their concert i seem to be getting attracted to all their songs . And those old hokkien songs , really very sweet . But watching live rocking on the stage is so much different from what i'm listening now :(

24 September , preparing to leave for the airport , got to reach by 6am . One word : TIRED .

I'm so excited as its my 1st trip .. 1st time on flight .

After unloading our luggages we had dinner at XMD area , walk awhile (XMD's good !) and headed to Jian Tan Station and bused to Miramar to take the ferris wheel and walk .

Bus-ed back to Jian Tan , which is also one of the famous night market ShiLin located . Darn biggg

Walk , shop , eat .

And it goes over and over again .

It started to drizzle around 11 ?, we couldnt complete the food section . But we bought lots of take-aways to eat at the hotel .

Slept around 2 or 3am .

Thats for day 1 . Its hard to explain through words but i can say ALMOST everything is good .

Clothes - PRETTY and quite CHEAP

Food - Needless to say , Taiwan is famous for their snacks everywhere . And its cheap too !

Day 2 , coming up soon . Soon ba . I dunno when . Lol .

Reached 1030pm last night .
Stayed at his place and came home this evening after dinner at Geylang . The duck rice's good .

4 luggages to Taiwan .

Firstly , Happy Birthday to Liling and Hongshun ! 19/09/09 :)

Today , I celebrated my belated birthday again with my family at my grandma's place . I'm really happy and appreciate all their time and esp Amy(maid) for cooking so so many dishes . And also my mum who went over to help out early noon . Of course not missing out the red packets ! Lol .

Actually my family is very political , behind those smiles there're alot of problems . I hate it but i've got to accept it . Everyone's turning their back on each other . But luckily they do still make alot of efforts and i can really say some of them are really very bonded . I love them all , esp my mum , and granddad .

There's LOTS of food ... All home-cooked by Amy except for the sushi . All the food is so damn delicious to me ! Except for the pig trotters thing . . . Everyone is present except for WeiJie (cousin) .

I must say i had a great and wonderful birthday . Thanks to everyone who made it possible . My sweetest girls , my dearest bf , and all my friends . You guys totally rock my world ! You know who you are (^_^)

I will type down whatever i remember , and whatever they told me that happened which i dont know at all .

Saturday , that night .

I went out quite late around 8plus to Mouzzy to meet Kailin , En , Wen , Eewin and Grace . We didnt get to take the neoprints :( Around 10pm we booked a super big maxi cab (Merz Benz) to fit us as we headed to Timah to fetch Yiting . Blasting with their voices throughout the whole journey . Esp Wen ! Lol . Dearie , Ber and Hui came to meet us there , followed by Eileen . Then ... Lai liao lor .

I was pretty mad at myself because at 12 element during Jolene's birthday , 3 rounds of 5 seconds with Wen totally made no difference to me , but this time after the (one-shot) 9 seconds i CMI already . Too early . It came altogether . I didnt knock out though , but i puked (definitely) and couldnt focus anymore . Lol . I forced myself not to sleep . Thus making myself sick . What I remember when i was drunk : i talked to everybody even people i dont know , i kept screaming HAHA , i cried to the flowers , i want to go clubbing LOL and kept kissing everybody (girls) HAHAHAHA .

On a side note(LOVE) , Qiang came around 11 plus , with Yang . Yang called asking me to go out . So i went out . Xq was holding many many balloons and a big bouquet of flowers (well to me its big and its bigger than Grace's lol) . I didnt know what to say . Both are super pretty , he said he purposely chose pink and purple for the flowers to match the balloons . 18 balloons and 1 special one which writes Happy Birthday Princess . I was melting away already . Soon En , Ning , Wen and dunno who rushed out and i heard cheering sounds like wah or something like that . My mind was in a blank by then . And i remember En saying you see both doors open for you , you walk first haha . Something like that ?? So i went to go in to put the balloons and everything . Very paiseh when everybody looked at first ....... But i felt very happy . MILLIONS OF HEARTS ! Hehe . And so Qiang and Yang joined us .

And Yang opened canon . Stun , cause i thought he's joking . He's crazy lah .

And then ......... Drink drank drunk lor . I know at the end Wen more drunk then me . HAHAHA

And poor Kailin had to take care of her . Dearie was drunk too . Lol .

Some updates from the past few days , and finally uploaded some pics .

Anyway i just came back from steamboat session at my godma's place :D Its an advance celebration for my birthday . Heheheeee . I so love them all . Esp my godma , all the effort she put in . Didnt took any photos though , as i told them not to get cake . Thus , we just ate and ate . I stayed at the table for 1 and a half hour without leaving , really eat till i song . Haha !

Tuesday , Xq brought me to have crabs at Keat Hong , together with Yang .

Finally satisfied my craves , I've been wanting to eat for some time but waiting for Yang to join us as I dont wanna eat alone . Cause Qiang is allergic to crabs ! So he ate the other dishes instead .

Did my nails yesterday with En , love the nude brown colour very much , it was exactly what i wanted to see , lucky i did not choose the lighter shade ! We were very pissed off with En's manicurist .. Really irritating . Had dinner afterwards with Wen and her bf at 302 while En left for mahjong .
I saw Dearie earlier on :) Like finally . Lol .

Today went home straight after work , discussed about the trip with his sis and it will be at end of this month . Am so excited . Hongkong 5D4N ! I will be very very worried about Mummy though . =(=(

There's something which i must say , the environment . Very bad ! The room was infested with cockroaches , air-con wasn't working at all and broken -.- and the best part , the SYSTEM . I don't know if what the boss said was true that he already repaired it few times but no avail . But seriously , its not our problem , its your responsibility to get it fix for your customers !!

The system practically restarts every 5-10 minutes , repeating the same song over and over again . If you could get to finish your song peacefully , can thank god already .

Few of us left to PH for awhile and left . Met Xq at Tampines with his dad , had supper and back to his place .

I wonder if i could be so happy and crazy on my 18th . Hopefully i will , but not KO . LOL

stayed at his place for 2 nights . Had Pizzahut delivery for dinner and just nua all the way .

And woke up bright and early this morning , he sent me home and went for work .

I went home at 230pm during work yesterday as i couldnt take it anymore . My throat was hurting like hell . And my head was about to burst . I went Lot , Raffles Medical to visit the doctor (cause no need to pay there, under company) and head home . Slept till 11pm , woke up still feeling same . Watch abit of tv before i went back to sleep at 12am .. Till today 12pm . Felt so much better . Only feeling no strength and never-ending flu with abit of sorethroat . Very soft .

I dont know what to do now , its only 2pm . No shows to watch , no strength to go out , nothing to do online either . Back to sleep ??

I feel like smoking now but i left my cigarettes at my workplace . FML

Xq came to have dinner with me during working hours . And we went back to work ..

I dont know , i feel very happy for that short 1 hour . I'm so not myself with you , i can just look at you at laugh for no reason . I talk alot , i complain , i like telling you how happy or angry i am . I worry when you drive , i always think of where should we go on our next Sunday off . I get angry when you're always late for work but always forgive , i get unhappy when you dont ask much about me . I hate you when you get jealous . I like the way you talk bangala language although i'm irrtitated at the same time , and our S language . I love the times you behave like a kid when you're with me . I like the responsible you when you take care of your family even when you're heavily burden-ed . I like it when you bring me to places where i wanna go , and places which i've never been to . Sunday was my last day of work at Tangs , bid goodbye to my dear friends and co-workers . Gonna miss the times , and miss them too . This is Baby , i anyhow name him de . Cause he got no name after so long living there . Last Saturday , i met up with En after work at Lot mouzzy . Saw Joslyn and Wen too . Me and En left to Uncle Wai's place . Ate and played mahjong . So many years never play lor , super noob . I feel like keeping some Crystal Shrimps , they're so tiny and cute when their legs run around in ther water . Crystal Shrimp is different from normal ones , they cost like 10 bucks each (FYI they're just 1cm 'long') and expensive cause of their breed and colour . Normal ones can get at $2 or 3 ba . Lobster also very cute . Although they're small ones but the claws very scary .

I think prawns and lobsters very unique ! Cause not much ppl keep them as pets .

But so troublesome , and dirty !! I won't maintain it for sure . Too gross .

Left around 6+pm to Town , Taka as i wanted to go the food festival to get the sweet potato fries . Nice . Jalan awhile realise its 8+pm already so we hurried to Cathay , as we booked our movie 8.45 . Harry Potter and the Half-blood Prince . Not as fantastic as what i thought . Abit disappointing though . But still , a big thanks to Daddy as he didn't understand a bit of what its about , but just wanted to accompany me . So cute .

It was around 11.30pm when the show ended , and headed to Jalan Bersah for our favourite Dim Sum spot as planned . I was craving for the 腐皮虾卷 since i step out of the house !!

Had a hard time choosing at first but N86(white) caught my eyes !! So happy . But didnt get it on the spot as they wants to check if their friends can get it cheaper at their shop . Super like it , cause of the color . But quite expensive , $700 plus . But it's good functions too . I never use too good de handphones last time cause i know i dont need it , but this time i really like it !

Tomorrow night they'll bring my phone to their friends to see if the price is good after trade in . I don't think will good to nowhere anyway .. Just hope to get the new phone quickly ! I feel like squashing up my Cookie . But , its a gift from him on last year's X'mas ...

This week's so tiring .

Last Saturday , Xq came to fetch me and we went to fetch Claryn(his sister) and George and headed to Airport for dinner around 12mn . We were deciding on what to eat when we came across thie wood-block colouring area (for kids?) and they started to colour the papers for no reason . At first i felt stupid but after watching them i felt so bored so i began to colour too . George and Claryn are addicted to it . Especially George , he coloured like 7 or 8 of them ?? I think i had 3 or 4 .

We went to the aquarium first and then to this Koi farm .

Koi are so expensive . Those good "quality" and nice coloured ones .

And some are extremely HUGE .

Xq loves fishes alot . I don't know why too .

But i think prawns cuter , those very mini ones .

We went to other farms to look at Arowanas (jin long yu) but no pics .

Saw alot of mini tortises , fish , prawn .

I feel that its good to go such places once a while cause its so laid back and you don't think of anything else but just admire and admire .

While we're about to leave we passed by this pet farm or dog farm to be exact so we went to take a look .

Its actually a place for owners to bring their dogs to play and train them . I suppose its for those "richer" dogs also . But sadly we cant enter so we watched from the outside .

Then we moved to the other side of the farm and there's this place , which i concluded its for those homeless/stray dogs .

There're alot alot more on the inside . These are just a little portion .

I think that these are the sick ones , receiving medication .

I'm actually a person very afraid of big dogs ,

the only dog which i'm totally not afraid of is Ning's Bebe i guess ? LOL . And maybe a couple of other friends dogs .. I hate dogs that bark , be it big or small .

Those 'good life' dogs playing . Lol . I still cant figure out what dog is that brown one , its very very big and the legs are super big and wobbly . Looks very weird to me .

We enjoyed alot . Will be coming back to visit other farms some other time !

Animals are just so cute ! And i think its awesome to see marine fishes on land , they're damn chio and expensive to keep due to the high maintenance needed .

Oh well i ended work early today .
He came to fetch me and we headed to Vivo to do his banking stuff . He wants to catch Transformers so we did , and we went for the Gold Class slot at 9.30pm . It was first time to watch in GC for both of us , and he's so so so excited and happy about it . Cause the seats are damn comfortable and you get to order food served to your table . There was also blanket provided but i didn't use it cause i still feel not very hygiene lah . But the tix still quite ex , 28 bucks per person . Around 60 for a show . And food/beverage is additional charged . His friend even open wine to drink with his wife last time they went . So enjoy ! But i don't think i can concentrate on the show if i were to drink . Lol .
Sadly he did not get to eat his hotdog and none of the food we felt like having so we went for dinner after that at Timah teochew porridge again . Nice , the uncle always gives us big big servings . Lol . And we chance upon his boss -.-

Went Mouzzy after work to find Wen and Dearie . En came down soon after and Eewin too .
*Thanks for the shorts Wen!* Got another pair of shorts too . No idea why i bought it too but it's real cute . Had dinner at Wang Cafe with En , Eewin and Weiwei . Not full lor . Very hungry now ~ Huihui came awhile and did some catch up with her too :) Glad that she's doing good . After shop closed we slacked for awhile and had lots of laughter which really made my day ! :)
Got myself M)phosis thongs yesterday after work at Taka as the current one is in very bad condition already . Like the new one alot ! But it's a little small but still fits well .

The restaurant is damn ulu can , but it was great cause we had it by the seaside .

Alright its already 4am . Was watching My Queen earlier on . Both Dearie and me agree that Ethan is hot :D:D Though i havent completed My Queen but somehow i feel that Fated to love you is better . Mmm . Anyway doesnt matter cause he's still very cute and hot . Lols

Went home straight after work today and had spaghetti by mum .
Was watching the 特写：不平凡的人on Ch8 .
It was very very touching . Yea all about those volunteers and stuffs but this time round the story is really sad and sweet . (btw this is a true story and real people filming)
Very brief .

This uncle and auntie have been together for 15 years , but all the while he hasn't gave her any status , i think few years back she got some kind of terminal illness , which resulted her to be very weak . She looks very very thin and pale . She was too weak and so she had to be hospitalised permanently , the uncle therefore quitted his job and looked after her , knowing he's to take care of her . He visited her twice a day and brings all the food that he cooked (her fav. dishes) He knew she only have a couple of months to live . Then the thought of marriage came .
Before long , he didnt want to get married cause he believed that as long as two people are happy together , marriage is only a piece of paper (which i agree) . Till now the unfortunate befalled on the auntie . So he decided to tie the knots with her .
The ceremony was held at the hospital too .
The media filmed the whole event of the big day and it was very touching and sad . They prepared everything in the hospital , putting on make up for her , and wig(hair loss) . Even manicure . The auntie was too weak even to talk , she she wrote on papers to communicate . She wrote : I AM VERY EXCITED , and so on(which i cant see clearly thru the tv)
Everything was just so .. amazing . She was wheel-chaired to the stage .
Under the blessings of the volunteers , friends and staffs . They exchanged the wedding bands .
I can say , 3/4 of the guests were tearing . The scene of the old loving couple was super ultra sweet and sad . It's something which dont happen usually , and it was real .
Then she handed a gift(wrapped) to her husband . He opened it on the spot and it was a hand-made frame/portrait of what she drew to express her love and gratitude . It was just a simple piece of drawing . But it was everything she could do .
It was the most happiest day of his and her life , i believe .

2 weeks later , she passed on .

My tears were flowing down through out the whole show .
Most of the time i see such shows , its like , " oh another boring one"
But this is the first one which made me left such a deep impression . It was much better den those big charity/donation shows lor .

I'd have alot to say if i were to type them all out .
This world would be better off without materials .

When was the last time you sat on the couch with your family to have a good chat and laugh ?
and how often do you chat and laugh with your friends .
Compare the number of times you make to your bf/gf , and parents a day .

Spent the night at chalet yesterday . (Sleep at 3am lor)
Packed up everything and left about 10am . So tired can .
Had breakfast together at my place coffeeshop before Xq went to work , i headed home .
Got the papers and started sending out resumes again . Cabbed to Tg Pagar for interview with that damn old mothafucker indian bitch till 3+pm and trained to Dover .
Fuck man . Shouldn't have wasted the cab fare for such a ............... Old loose black vagina .

Waited for Grace to release from school and it was around 4+ already . I just stoned at the bustop eating cadbury while waiting .
Finally she came and we trained to Jp to do her shopping .

I am very very super duper bored now in the office . There's totally nothing for me to do . AT ALL . Nothing to surf , the laptop damn lousy , cannot even play restaurant city .

It was off day again , stayed at home till 9+pm den cabbed to Serangoon eat table . Actually i've planned not to go already , but .. I still went in the end .
Then there was this auction thing , the "lai ah $888 yi sheng , liang sheng , san sheng ! SOLD "
, so it was quite exciting cause some of the prices went very high . But compared to those big tuas , this is normal only .
But the highest item sold yesterday was the ah peh huat cai lor . It actually fetched up to $11,000 ! Yang fought till $10,088 and he gave up . So , the other party , which was also our friend , got it .
Poor Yang !
At first i dont know why people are willing to pay so much when they can get it outside , then they told me its some sort like charity , in exchange you get something . And most importantly is to support the tua owner , which is also Xq's boss .
I got very interested and say i also wanna shout price leh .. HAha , but i dont have that kinda money lah of course . All the uncles there are big bosses too .
There was alot of liquor on auction , they fight and pay on the spot and finished it too .
Got Martell XO , Cordon Bleu , bla bla ...
Overall it was good but very loud lah . Abit irritating .
Ended around 11 plus and i help out in their accounts till 2+am , so stressed up can . All the figures we calculated at least thrice using our pathetic handphones ... Cause they dont have a calculator there .
Total sold was 65k . Considered low already , hope they do well next year !! HUAT AH !!
Went nearby to have prata with Xq and he sent me back .
Poor thing , he was so tired already yet he insisted . From Serangoon to Teck Whye den back to Tampines .. He fell asleep in the car at his place carpark , and got me fugly worried sick at home cause he didnt pick up my calls . Till 4+am den he woke up . I was even thinking of what if he got into an accident cause he drank earlier on .
Finally he reached home and i slept around 5am .

Saturday , evening .
Cabbed to Serangoon , went to have a look as its the first day of the tua . Will last till next friday .
